Extensions let Safari do more.
Safari extensions let you extend the browser’s capabilities to give you more control. You’ll be able to better manage your accounts and passwords, block online ads and trackers, save web pages for offline reading and much more.
Adding an extension is easy: just download it from the Mac App Store, open Safari’s Preferences window (Safari > Preferences), and click Extensions. Then check the box next to an extension to enable it. Some extensions require a companion app; downloading the app automatically installs the extension.
