Enlighted Connect 4+

The Comfy app has transformed and become Enlighted Connect! Along with our new look, we’ve made enhancements to create a more connected and collaborative workspace for all users.


New Features

• My Schedule: Bookings are easily accessible from My Schedule in the nav. View bookings for yourself or that you've made for coworkers for today or anytime in the future. (The desk and room booking workflows you're familiar with remain unchanged.)
• Follow coworkers: Follow colleagues to easily discover where they have booked desks or rooms.
• Profile picture: You can set your profile picture, which coworkers can see in the list and on the map.


Customizable Experience

• Rearrange homepage cards: Customize what informational cards appear and their order on your homepage. Cards that allow show/hide are disabled by default. Administrators can make some cards sticky and un-editable.
• Movable icons: Customize the options that appear in the main navigation.
• Your customizations apply across desktop and mobile experiences.


Design Enhancements

• Intuitive navigation icons: Quickly understand each icon's meaning and navigate the app more efficiently.
• Welcome: Get a personal greeting each time you view the homepage.
• Building image and logo: Your building image and organization logo are visible at the top of the page.
• Favorites: Easily access desks and rooms you've favorited by clicking your avatar or initials at the top of the screen, then selecting Favorites.
• Contact Support: Quickly access help from the Contact Support button in the top-right corner of the homepage. (The Enlighted Team support process remains unchanged.)
• Cards moved to nav: Several built-in homepage cards have been replaced with convenient navigation buttons.
