Fixed an issue that caused missing HUDs while pressing certain buttons while being near the sawmill in Hawk Ridge.
Fixed an issue were the first workshop in Hawk Ridge didn't automatically repaired vehicles in the vehicle hall.
Readjusted the hydraulics from the CAT 430F2.
Readjusted the zoom within Scania's cockpit mode to match its mirrors a bit better.
Fixed an issue were sometimes it was impossible to decouple the Nooteboom MCOS-48.
Adjusted some hitbox from the Nooteboom MCOS-48 to prevent clipping.
Readjusted several cockpits cameras.
Readjusted camera angle from Mack Granite HTM904 in cockpit mode.
Added a new cutscene when finishing the mission 'City Heights'.
