Self-Certified Sophisticated: A self-certified investor who has worked in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium A enterprises, in the last two years; or Been the director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1.6 million, in the last two years; or Been a member of a network or syndicate of business angels for more than six months, and are still a member.



Certified Sophisticated: You have a written certificate signed within the last 36 months by a firm confirming you have been assessed as sufficiently knowledgeable to understand the risks associated with engaging in investment activity in Speculative Illiquid Securities, and have signed, within the past 12 months from today’s date that statement.
