receiving the confirmation message is too slow! and often when entering the correct login information, the application displays: (account blocked). We have to go to the bank to unlock it!

Bad
Honestly, the applications begin to be worst and worst cause you have so many bad I mean when I put my pin, you said that it was wrong and I’m pretty sure that I put the exact pin then you said my account is locked but I only put the pin once and more it was the right one it’s scandalous and it’s not the first time you did this to me your application is always in maintenance. Last time it took me a month to unblock my profile this is ridiculous
