Description
De app begeleidt deze patiënten vanaf het moment dat de operatie gepland is tot 6 weken na de operatie. De informatie wordt aangeboden op een geïndividualiseerde tijdlijn, die wordt opgesteld op basis van de operatiedatum. Alle informatie is gebaseerd op het bestaande ERAS-protocol voor colorectale chirurgie.
De app wordt gebruikt in combinatie met een stappenteller.
