Some issues with BOAEXPRESS

Hello, It seems BOAEXPRESS is not working with my application. It is throwing the error message « an error has occurred « and won’t treat my transactions. Note that since December 2021 I was relocated to a country in east Africa. While setting my application I mistakenly entered the foreign number instead of my Senegal number. I can’t really tell if that’s the reason I can’t do the transaction. I have been trying to renter my Senegal number under the submenu settings but I can’t. I have uninstalled and installed the application countless times it returns with my credentials. Hello Good Day, l’m having challenges with the application I can’t do any transactions last time it was with my BOAEXPRESS, this time it is with funds transfer. The beneficiary transaction type are confusing because they’re just 2 types international / domestic where is national? I can’t make my transaction because of the error it is returning on the transaction type. I have updated the beneficiary but unfortunately it did not change. I wonder if the application is taking into account the update or it just returning the message that the beneficiary has been updated while it is not the case in your data base. Please kindly review your transaction type. I can’t be doing a national transaction and your app will force me to choose an international transfer while my bank and the beneficiary bank are in the same country. Concerning the email I have sent about BOAEXPRESS up to date no one contacted neither replied to my email. You have to follow up please. I have just forwarded the previous email with this complaint and all you have requested. I hope you are going to contact me and address these issues.

If you try to log in with the digital Id when you chose the expiration date you can’t chose done because it is hidden above.
