Description
True Helix is a proprietary all-in-one workforce technology solution that will transcend traditional scheduling. This multifaceted software is built to assign and archive caregiver shifts. Caregivers will be able to see all scheduled shifts, prior shifts, and clock in and out. Clients will be able to see caregivers on assignment and manage caregiver time.
True Helix offers app-to-app connections for healthcare professionals and clients to directly interact, offer, and fill shifts with one another. Our system is designed for per diem, travel nursing, locums, allied healthcare, and all other healthcare positions.

Version 1.6.28
- Users can connect to multiple employers utilizing True Helix with one mobile app account.
- Additional Shift Details available for upcoming and previously worked shifts in the My Shifts page.
- Call Off button is now located in the Shift Details for shifts in the My Shifts page.
- Filters applied in the Open Shifts page will now remain when navigating away from the Open Shifts page.
- Shift Preferences in the User Profile page has been removed. All filters are managed in the Open Shifts page.
- Added ability to sort/filter by Employer in the Open Shifts page.
- Supervisor Name has been separated to require first and last name of supervisor when clocking-out of a shift.
