行政院環境保護署於103年12月發行出版「小水滴 哭什麼?」繪本，故事內容是以地下水小水滴為主角，在旅程中遇見不同型態的水，發現人類破壞環境的行動造成污染，所以變得越來越污濁，後來透過人類反省的作為，環境也越來越好，也順利的變乾淨了。目標以繪本多元化發展，將小水滴3D立體呈現，透過AR增加閱讀的有趣性，相關環境教育活動皆可搭配使用，將土壤及地下水保護概念向下扎根，搭起民眾對於環境教育議題之橋樑，傳達尊重、友善環境資源的觀念，共同實現美好永續的地球環境。
