COCO provides you with Comfort, Convenience, Conservation and Control of your home, over the internet, from anywhere in the world.

COCO self-organizes its P2P networks and works without the Cloud, in your local area network (LAN), even when your internet connection is down.

The COCO Home App is built using the COCO Platform's Client SDK, the COCO Smart Home App is created on the tenets of: Data Privacy, Data Security, Interoperability, and Ease of Use.

The COCO Home App works with all devices that are Buzzed on COCO, i.e. built using the COCO Platform's Device SDK. To get started:

COCONET - YOUR OWN PRIVATE NETWORK
Create your own COCO networks of Devices, Apps, Users and Services, aka COCONets. Determine the level of smart home data access Users, Apps and Services get when they join your COCONet. Additionally, all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is removed while sharing data with 3rd party apps and services. You can create COCONets to be geographically distributed, so your smart home and business could both be part of the same COCONet, or you could also configure them to be independent COCONets. USER MANAGEMENT
Manage your COCONet and resource access membership; e.g. grant access to just your front door lock to a particular user.

ZONES
Categorize your network resources into zones like Pantry, CEO's Office Cabin, Living Room, Master Bed Room, etc.

ZONE DASHBOARD
Set up a dashboard to monitor the zone health in a glance.

SCENES
Shortcuts to quick actions on multiple resources in your network like Good Morning, Good Night, etc.

RULES
Automations in your network that allow you to combine resource conditions and schedules, including recurrence. Additionally also add a hysteresis OR delay in some actions. E.g. "10 mins after no motion is detected, turn off the air conditioner", "Switch on by water heater every morning at 6:30am".

COCO GROVE
A smart home app store with Value-Added-Services that can be installed by you to enhance your connected experiences. Examples:
1. Bridges to Voice Assistants OR Other device ecosystems
2. AI Services like Energy Optimiser
3. Storage Services like Camera Cloud storage
4. Analytics Services with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data removed
5. Chat Bot Service to text and control your home over a text interface
