Fixed many small bugs.
- iPad: crash on clicking the Chromecast presentation button
- Search engine: fixed filtering issue on some devices
- Banner: Fixed post-loading issue that sometimes showed the banner even when the removal package was purchased
- Playlist: Added support for forceUserAgent and playlists with the "EXTVLCOPT" node (Thanks to Gian)
