The process involves the customer purchasing a goat/sheep and handing over the animal to the farm owner for its caretaking and improving the quality/health and overall indicators of the animal. The animal is with the farm owner for a period ranging from 6 to 18 months. The customer pays the farm owner a monthly fee for the caretaking that covers the charges for most of the service like food, grooming, health management, meds and doctors visits excluding major issues.
Problem: The process of caretaking and grooming is done by the farm owner at his farm which is usually located at remote locations. The customer is detached from the entire process of caretaking and grooming of his animal as his physical visits are limited and he is updated on major issues only.
