Given it is a provider app, the providers are only registered to the app by us after validation of their credentials. NO provider can register directly to the app. Again, this is app is only for medical providers and not for the consumer for care access.

Bug Fix :
There was a bug while attending an incoming video call when app is in the background or not in active state. We have fixed this bug in this release.
