Insur Auction 4+

App purpose:
To enable customers to obtain the best possible insurance quotes by participating in an online auction using the Dutch method.
To give insurance companies their representatives access to the customer's information needed to generate a provisional insurance quote and then place it as a bid in an online auction in accordance with the Dutch method.
Functionality: The programme allows the client to place the personal information required to obtain an insurance quote for the duration of the auction among insurance organisations and/or their representatives.
Programme enables the client to select and set the desired duration of bidding - 1, 3 or 24 hours.
The programme allows the client to stop bidding at any moment and initiate a new one.
The programme allows the client to place bids for an unlimited number of insurances and an unlimited number of times.
The programme allows the client to rate the quality of services from an insurance company and/or its representative.
After initial registration the programme allows the client to log in to the application without authorisation until the tendering process is completed and the rating has been assigned.
The application sends audible and written notifications to the user when a new bid appears in the active one, when the bidding is completed and when it wins.
The programme enables an insurance company and/or its authorised representative to access the information placed by the client in order to get the best quote.
The programme allows the insurance undertaking its authorised representative to offer a quote to the client and gradually reduce it by participating in an online bidding process.
The programme allows an insurance company and/or its authorised representative to access the client's contact information in order to enter into an insurance contract.
The programme allows an insurance company and/or its authorised representative to independently decide whether to bid or not after having reviewed the information posted by the client who initiated the bidding.
The programme allows communication between the administrator and the users by e-mail. Reports can be generated and exported, containing information about bidders and quotes for each of the lots.
The programme saves a register of insurance organisations and/or their authorised representatives who have registered with the application, including the information entered during registration.
The programme enables the administrator to block insurance companies and/or their authorised representatives in case they violate the programme rules and put them on the "Black List" with automatic refusal to register when they try to register again.
The programme enables the insurance company and/or its authorised representative to upload a photo/licence scan during registration, while the administrator can edit the uploaded files.
