The Premier League and PLCF place great importance on safeguarding and believe that everyone has the right to enjoy football and participate in our activities in safe and inclusive environments.
Download our safeguarding app, created in partnership with INEQE Safeguarding Group, to play your part in promoting and protecting the safety and wellbeing of children and adults at risk.

Workforce members, players, participants, parents and carers can access their own personalised version of this app with features and components unique to their age and their role.
Education and Empowerment
The app provides access to safeguarding learning and development events, e-learning modules and content which aim to:
- Help you identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns;
- Ensure that the rights of children and adults at risk are upheld and that their needs are responded to by a confident and competent workforce;
- Empower children and adults at risk to understand their rights and where they can get help or advice if they need it;
- Support parents and carers to understand safeguarding risks and harms, how to report concerns and where they can access advice and support.

GDPR Compliant
Adult users are required to provide minimal personal information to access the app and to utilise certain features.
Young people under the age of 18 are not required to provide personal information to access the app. Access is authorised through a unique entry code supplied by Premier League Clubs. Limited personal information will be required to utilise certain features (e.g. the generation and delivery of digital certificates).
