Take a moment to sit quietly and envision the Earth spinning surrounded in an aura of peace.

Choose to be present for 1 minute, 2 minutes, 4 minutes or 8 minutes.

While listening to the sounds of nature, relax and breathe gently to the rhythm of "Peace" pulsating in different languages. Observe the aura of light increasing around the Earth creating a more brilliant inner aura of peace.

Reset and repeat as often as you like.
