The breatheX App also shares data between all your devices when you are logged into iCloud.

Based on user feedback we added a setting that will disable the new completion sound at the end of a routine. This setting is turned on by default but if you would like to disable the new sound edit your profile settings. Assuming Audio is turned on the app will then play only the original end sound regardless of whether a routine was completed or not.
