EliteForm's TeamSync is the trim, affordable VBT solution coaches and trainers have been waiting for. Upload your athlete roster and 1RM data, then connect to Lift Tracker on any supported device to start putting in work.

When stepping up to the rack, Athletes will select their name, required lift and zone you’d need to them lift in. From there, Lift Tracker will calculate the load they need on the bar and provide real-time feedback for each rep.

At the end of the day’s sessions, coaches will receive all the data from the days lifts, allowing you to track progressions over time, readiness and all of the actuals that will periodize your athletes toward success.
