Use the notes section to record your doctor's appointments, tests, or other details about how you were feeling that day. Never forget your treatments or medications again with the easy to set up reminder feature. Journal My Health can also record weather data from OpenWeatherMap and health data from your Apple Watch and the Health app, or a Fitbit if you prefer, to give you a more complete picture of other factors which could affect your symptoms.
