The topic is explored throughout the games, offering players the chance to:
o Recognize the 7 basic emotions: Joy, Anger, Sadness, Surprise, Fear, Shame, and Disgust.
o Detect the physical signs associated with the 7 basic emotions.
o Identify healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms related to each emotion.


World 2: Self-Esteem

The world of self-esteem initially addresses the importance of identifying positive and negative core beliefs, and their impact on one's thoughts and behaviors. Afterwards, the game focuses on:
• Identifying and valuing one's strengths and qualities to promote self-esteem.
• Nurturing a positive body image.
• Boosting the player's self-esteem.

World 3: Online Safety
The online safety world begins with the life skill of decision making. The game then guides players through the online world, focusing on:
• Obtaining parental consent before engaging online.
• Safely creating their online identity.
• Choosing their circle of friends carefully to avoid online groomers.
It also offers the opportunity to learn about the risks of sharing information online, understand how to distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate content, with awareness of the related risks.
Additionally, the game addresses finding balance between time spent online and time away from screens, and finally it highlights the risks associated with online gaming.

World 4: Bullying
The life skill focused on in this world is assertiveness. The game aims to:
• Identify bullying behavior.
• Teach how to effectively deal with bullying.
This world allows the player to recognize healthy and unhealthy relationships and to reflect on their friendships. It also highlights situations of positive and negative peer pressure.
