LOCATE YOUR ENGINEERS

HytechGas allows users to easily locate engineers continuously throughout the day, updating their location each time they use the app.

Assigned jobs will also be indicated alongside, with the ability to generate directions or contact the customer. Clicking on a pin will also bring up further details about the job.


ASSIGN JOBS

HytechGas allows admin users to easily assign new jobs to any engineer in their organisation.

“What if one of my engineers can no longer make their job?“

Don’t worry, HytechGas also offers the ability to easily re-assign a job to a different engineer from directly within the app, engineers will receive an email and push notification whenever a job is assigned to them.

This feature when integrated within our Engineer Map enables admin users to choose the engineer closest to the job, saving your business time and money.


LOCATE YOUR JOBS

HytechGas allows engineers to locate all of their days jobs on our jobs map and provides them with driving directions with our Apple Maps integration.


JOB DATABASE

HytechGas stores all of your companies jobs in our secure database which you can query at anytime directly within the app. This great for auditing purposes and removes the need to store old job records in files at home or in the office. Searching for jobs also returns any digital paper work completed in relation to that job too so you can see exactly what work was carried out.


SHARE FORMS

HytechGas allows engineers to instantly share completed forms with customers via email, AirDrop, AirPrint or text.


INVOICING

HytechGas allows you to create and manage invoices for your customers and emails them directly with an option to include your personalised company logo. Invoices are stored in our comprehensive database so can be searched for and retrieved at any time no matter when they were created.
