Tobacco Free Teens is a product of the Tobacco Education Program (TOEP) directed by Alex Prokhorov, MD, PhD, Professor of Behavioral Science. TOEP is funded by the Tobacco Settlement Funds provided to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX.
