Work smarter with Microsoft 365

Make the most of Microsoft apps.

With Microsoft’s powerful suite of productivity apps, it’s never been easier to create, edit and share on the go. And because these apps share the same code base across all platforms, you can collaborate seamlessly in real time with colleagues, whether they’re using iOS, iPadOS, macOS or Windows.

Here’s a look at a few of our favourite mobile-friendly features.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 brings together all of Microsoft’s powerhouse productivity apps in one place. Tackle just about any project type – Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as well as PDFs and online forms – without having to navigate among various apps.

Microsoft Word

Not in the mood to read a document line by line? Try the app’s Read Aloud feature. Tap the gear icon to tweak reading speed to your liking. The arrow buttons let you quickly skip forward or back a paragraph.

Microsoft Excel

No need to squint to see your spreadsheet data. Card View is a quick way to see everything without having to zoom in. Just tap a table cell, then tap the second icon at the bottom of the screen and Excel will display each row in a mobile-friendly modular view.

Microsoft PowerPoint

PowerPoint’s Speaker Coach helps you prep for a big presentation with the help of AI. The app will listen as you speak and flag any filler words, repetitive language, noninclusive language and swearing (happens to the best of us). To try it out, open any presentation, tap the three dots, then tap “Rehearse with Coach.”

Microsoft Outlook

Outlook’s incredibly helpful Feed tab has an uncanny way of bubbling up exactly what you need in the moment. Here you might find a recently updated document you’ve been collaborating on, attachments you’ll need for your next meeting and more.

Microsoft OneNote

With its ability to capture just about anything – text, sketches, audio, photo, video, dictation – this versatile digital notebook is a must for on-the-go productivity. Its companion Apple Watch app gives you access to it all right from your wrist.

Microsoft OneDrive

More than a handy way to back up and sync your files, OneDrive also serves as a powerful scanner. Snap a photo of a whiteboard, document or business card, crop and edit if necessary, then share it with colleagues.
