Create standards-compliant barcodes in seconds. Softmatic Barcode V5 will create the common retail barcodes EAN 8, EAN 13, ISBN 10, ISBN 13, ISSN and UPC-A. Automatic check digit calculation and build in safe-guards will guarantee high quality barcodes ready to import into your designs. Suitable for package design, book and magazine covers, periodicals.

Barcodes can be customized with options to select the SC-conforming size of the symbol, to reduce the height and to omit the human readable text. Also supported is bar width reduction to compensate for dot gain during printing.

ISBN 10/13 and ISSN barcodes feature an extra text line carrying the ISBN or ISSN number. Codes also support two and five digit add-on barcodes.

Softmatic Barcode V5 is a "Universal" app that works on Macs with Intel CPUs and on Macs with Apple Silicon. System requirements: macOS 10.15 "Catalina" or higher.

The free version of Barcode V5 will let you export raster images with reduced resolution, suitable for many applications.

Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account. At the end of the term, unless auto-renewables subscriptions are disabled, your subscription will automatically renew in your iTunes account. You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.
