ทำไมต้องให้ใส่เบอร์เดิม คือประเด็นจำเบอร์เดิมที่สมัครไม่ได้ แล้วทำไง ก็เข้าแอพไม่ได้หรอ ควรหาวิธีการใหม่นะ กับการลืมรหัส พัฒนาระบบยากไปมั่ยก่อน
ลืมรหัสผ่าน (Forgot Password)
เนื่องจากสมัครไว้เมื่อ
20 ปีแล้ว ก่อนแอปนี้จะพัฒนา และไม่แน่ใจว่าตอนนั้นได้กรอกเบอร์ติดต่อไว้ในเอกสารหรือเปล่า ระบบฯ ส่งรหัส OTP มาก็ไม่ได้ (มี msg box ว่าไม่สามารถส่งได้) คิดว่าในระบบฯ ไม่มีเบอร์มือถือ ดูจาก **** ไม่ได้แสดงเลข 4 ตัวท้ายของมือถือ (หรือถ้ามีข้อมูลมือถือจริงก็ควรแสดงเลข 4 ตัวท้ายแทน ****
จะใส่เบอร์ใหม่ก็ไม่ได้อีก เพราะจำเป็นต้องกรอกเบอร์เดิม (ซึ่งไม่มีแต่แรก)
ฝากทางทีมพัฒนาระบบ พิจารณาแก้ไข flow การลืมรหัสผ่านนี้ด้วยค่ะ
