Description

The digital intervention programme is specifically modified and established based on the well-established treatment protocol for managing sleep problems in young people. It consists of a maximum of 6-week sequential modules delivered weekly with different elements to engage the users, such as animated videos, case vignettes, narration, practice exercises, quizzes, homework assignment, and practical tools to help parents to establish good sleep habits with their children (e.g., sleep diary and worksheets). The treatment period varies from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the age of the child and the complexity and severity of the child’s symptoms.
