สำนักงาน กสทช. เล็งเห็นความสำคัญในการสร้างเครื่องมือให้ประชาชนสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือของคุณและปกป้องตนเองจากการใช้งานโทรศัพท์มือถือ จึงได้จัดทำแอพพลิเคชัน 3 ชั้น “ตรวจ แจ้ง ล็อค” โดยสามารถ “ตรวจ” ว่ามีการลงทะเบียนการใช้เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือไว้จำนวนกี่เบอร์ “แจ้ง” เบอร์แปลกปลอมและเบอร์ที่ขาดหายไป “ล็อค” เพื่อป้องกันผู้อื่นนำบัตรประชาชนของคุณไปแอบอ้างเปิดซิมใหม่ และสามารถทำการ “ปลดล็อค” จากแอพพลิเคชัน 3 ชั้น ได้ด้วยตัวคุณเอง

ปัญหาตั้งรหัสผ่าน
ตั้งรหัสผ่านแล้วขึ้นข้อความ “รหัสผ่านสามารถคาดเดาได้ง่าย กรุณาตั้งรหัสผ่านอีกครั้ง” รหัสที่กดไป 68940 เอ้อ😟...! ตั้งใหม่อีกครั้งเป็น 73209 ขึ้นเหมือนเดิม คือ....!

ทางสำนักงานกสทช. ได้พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว
หากพบปัญหาจากการใช้งาน ผู้ใช้งานสามารถแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาที่ Call Center 1200 ได้เลยนะครับ
อัพเดต ในios แล้วแอพ เด้งให้ อัพเดตตลอด
ไม่สามารถเข้าใช้งานแอพได้ หลังอัพเดตครับ มันจะขึ้นว่าให้อัพเดตแอพก่อน แล้วเด้งไปหน้า เว็ปเลยทุกที แก้ไขด้วยครับ
