สำนักงาน กสทช. เล็งเห็นความสำคัญในการสร้างเครื่องมือให้ประชาชนสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือของคุณและปกป้องตนเองจากการใช้งานโทรศัพท์มือถือ จึงได้จัดทำแอพพลิเคชัน 3 ชั้น “ตรวจ แจ้ง ล็อค” โดยสามารถ “ตรวจ” ว่ามีการลงทะเบียนการใช้เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือไว้จำนวนกี่เบอร์ “แจ้ง” เบอร์แปลกปลอมและเบอร์ที่ขาดหายไป “ล็อค” เพื่อป้องกันผู้อื่นนำบัตรประชาชนของคุณไปแอบอ้างเปิดซิมใหม่ และสามารถทำการ “ปลดล็อค” จากแอพพลิเคชัน 3 ชั้น ได้ด้วยตัวคุณเอง

แสกนหน้ากี่รอบก็ไม่ผ่าน
ควรพัฒนาแอปเพิ่มค่ะ สแกนบัตรหน้าหลังได้หมด สแกนหน้ากี่รอบก็ไม่ได้ แล้วต้องมาบัตรใหม่ทุกรอบ ทำไม่ไม่ให้สแกนแต่หน้า เพราะมีหน้าไม่ผ่าน หน้าก็ไม่ได้ทำอะไรมาเลย
ควรปรับปรุง
ทำทุกอย่างจนมาถึงขั้นตอนการถ่ายรูปยืนยันใบหน้า มีระบุบอกให้เห็นใบหูด้วย ก็หูมันไม่กางออกมา จะทำยังไงอะ ให้คนมาแอบด้านหลังแล้วดันหูก็ยังไม่ผ่าน ถ่ายกันเป็น 10 หน ยอมแพ้แล้ว
ใช้งานไม่ค่อยดี
จะกดรหัสเพื่อปลดล็อค มั่นใจว่าไม่ได้กดผิด ก็ยังจะให้ผิดเสียให้ได้ กดลืมรหัส ตั้งให้เหมือนเดิม ก็ยังบอกระบุรหัสผิด ควรพัฒนาปรับปรุงแอพให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่านี้ได้แล้ว
