Dear Sirs,
I fund the handling of your app not very user friendly, as largre files ( more than 10 pages ) can not be submitted . Why, I don’t know, as I do sent from my mail account often large files....So it is necessary to input case by case seperatelu and submit file by file, which is very tedious.
I am waiting for a reply to my mail message dated March 24. I attached the mail to my claim forTHB 4446.00

Hello, thanks for your feedaback. The app currently does not support PDFs, only pictures (this will change soon). Regarding your claim and following our e-mail correspondance, please send the invoice via post and provide us a medical breakdown bill, showing name and cost of each medicine.

Emails not responded to and app is not user friendly.
I spent a lot of time to convert jpegs to pdfs then to resize each one only to find they’re not uploaded. It is really difficult when you have a sickness or sick person and last thing one wants to do. I sent all files documents by email 3 months ago and no responses.
I hope you can make an effort to improve your customer service.
App showing expired contract instead of current contract
Since one week the app is showing my old expired contract instead of my current valid contract.
Will change my review once it’s fixed.
