Fixed a pretty bad bug related to taking photos, which blocked completion of the Add Post flow; fixed another bug related to app not being able to start up with an invalid session token; removed Login with Facebook (hopefully only temporarily); prompt for app store review if you are active on the app; highlight terms of service on the log in page
