We still missing our baggages. We flight with air china from bangkok to geneva airport on 21/04/24 . We lost 5 baggages but we already received 4 baggages and 1 baggage still missing for 6 days since we arrive at geneva airport. We already contact costumer service for baggages tracing (Swissport) at Geneva airport. They cannot send me the bags while we stay in Switzerland for 5 days.So now we have to move to Italy. Swissport said that they will send our missing baggages to verona airport and send to my temporary address at I already send to them.But now we don't receive our baggages. We have to use/wear our stuff in ours baggages,now is our 7 days of baggage missing.We concern and worry about our baggages.Please replied or contact me if you see this review/comment.Thank you
