The Cigna Health Benefits app is designed for customers in a Cigna Global Health Benefits group plan sponsored by an International Organisation (IGO/NGO) or a corporation in Africa.

You can use this app if your membership card displays www.cignahealthbenefits.com and a personal reference number (xxx/xxxxx…).

With the Cigna Health Benefits app, you can:
• Search for a doctor, hospital or facility, and email the search results
• Download or send an electronic version of your membership card for you or a family member*
• Submit claims* and check the status of your pending claims
• Contact us with the tap of a finger

Slow and lots of frozen pages

Need to wait as it is skow and there’re lots of frozen pages. Cookies notification is disturbing.

Very very poor log in on iPhone

Login boxes do not render, remember me does not function. No way to use fingerprint recognition.
All of this makes it really hard and cumbersome to get into the app. Mostly end up trying to work on a desktop computer.

Easier than post but that’s it

This app is slow, outdated, constantly requires logging yet also simultaneously always asks to store cookies. It is better than submitting by post but as is this app is poor.
