It belongs to the trash

I bought the app about a year and change ago. I have used it once, the day I bought it. Today, I download it again to give it another try, there are a couple of new options, nothing spectacular, details but if I want to check them out, I’ve got to pay again? It went back straight where it belongs: the trash
