Error occurs
I love it but every time I open the app - "error occurs please try again" - keep appearing. So I have to use only widget window for almost half a year now. Disappointed 🥲
Lost my account and can’t recover
I can’t recover my old account I tried asking around but no one has gotten back to me

Error on purchase
I cannot access the ‘Your Year Ahead’ read so I paid then get refunded like 4 times. Last time I did get into the read but it just disappeared when I quited and there was no record in the purchase history, also I cannot refund on Apple ID. I do really love this app, but seems there’s still many glitches so I’m not sure if I should make any further purchases on this app again. 😭
