เกมจะท้าทายไปเรื่อยๆ มาถึงด่านเกือบ800แล้วไม่เคยเติมเงินเลย วิธีการคือ เน้นดูโฆษณาเก็บเงินเยอะๆ ด่านไหนไม่ผ่าน จะงดเล่น3วัน เน้นดูโฆษณาเก็บเงินกับไอเท็มเยอะๆเล่นพอให้ให้ผ่านด่าน ถ้ายังไม่ผ่านก็ทำเหมือนเดิมอีก ส่วนเตียง ไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เก็บอัตโนมัตินะ ไอเท็มหลายๆตัวก็ใช้ๆไป เพชรก็มีใช้บ้างตอนเพิ่มเวลาตอนทำเควส ไม่ใช้พร่ำเพรื่อค่ะ ลองไปปรับใช้กันดูนะ สนุก
เกมเห็นแก่เงินเกินไป
โดยสรุป เกมจะบีบบังคับให้เติมเงิน เพื่ออัพเงินอัพของ แล้วสักพักด่านก็จะยากขึ้นเรื่อยๆจนต้องเติมเงินอีก สำหรับเราคือไม่ผ่าน เล่นได้โรงบาลเดียวคือเลิก ลบเกมค่ะ
เล่นแรกๆสนุก แต่หลังๆเริ่มยากไป เงินที่ให้มาก็น้อยเกิน อัพอะไรไม่ได้ พอเล่นไม่ผ่านด่านก็ไม่ได้เงินเลย (ผ่านด่าน=700c/ไม่ผ่านด่าน=28c) มันทุเรศไป แล้วเมื่อไหร่จะผ่านสักที
ความเร็วของพยาบาล อัพสูงสุดก็ยังช้า ตั้งราคาอัพเกรดของไว้สูงมาก ต้องเล่นสามด่านเพื่ออัพของ 1 ขั้น ถ้าเล่นไม่ผ่านก็เล่นวนไป100รอบ
ความอดทนคนไข้ก็คือเร็วมาก เร็วเกินไป รีบไปตายมั้ง พอมีลมร้อนยิ่งเร็วเข้าไปอีก บางทียังตรวจekgไม่ทันเสร็จเลย คนไข้ที่รอด้านนอกก็ไม่รอละ แล้วก็แพ้ :(
