Hello there! If you believe you have been subject to a scam and have lost funds, we strongly suggest you contact your local law enforcement in order for them to investigate the case further. We will cooperate upon receiving a request from official authorities.
They keep some of your coins..
Beware. If you deposit some crypto in this app, if you want to transfer them back out, they seem to keep a small amount. They are holding 20 xrp of mine hostage. I’m not very happy about this.
It says “the XRP ledger requires all wallets to have a minimum balance of 20 XRP for account activation and usage. Please receive your first transaction with at least 20 XRP and this amount will remain locked in your wallet and will not be spendable”.
If I had known this before, I wouldn’t even have downloaded the app in the first place. If you are just going to take my currency, why not just take it instead of leaving it around my wallet lol.
My cryptos disappeared
Had some KNC and transferred to this wallet. I double checked the address and network, but the tokens never arrived. Contacted them for help through many channels, but no reply. I even checked on the blockchain network, and the transaction was confirmed, but it never showed up in the app.
