disgusting service and technical support
On November 27 and 28, I topped up my wallet myself, indicating my phone number and even my passport details through the Mini Big C store cash register, paid the rent and had about 20,000 baht left in my wallet account. On the evening of November 28, my account was blocked. When I asked why the account was blocked, technical support said they needed to contact the relevant department and find out the information. They said it would take 1-3 days, but they didn't give me the reason for the blocking. On November 29, technical support asked me for receipts for topping up my wallet balance, since I didn't save the receipts from the cash register. I came to the store and they gave me a statement about topping up my account. I sent these documents to the technical support chat. I sent the store address and a statement about the top-up, technical support said to wait for an answer. Today is already December 2nd, the money is still blocked, they don't tell me the reasons for the blocking, they don't say anything about the timing. Return the money!!!
Bad experience
After I start use it within a week or two, they stop show me information about my card, so I cannot know my cvv, card number.
After that top up function stop working as well. So right know I cannot do anything with this card, support cannot help me, they ask to text them by email but don’t say what email address or I don’t understand them(
