"e-Saraban" คือ Application ที่จะช่วยในการค้นหา หรือติดตามสถานะหนังสือของระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
สามารถติดตามและสืบค้นหนังสือได้สะดวก รวดเร็วจากทุกที่ พร้อมคุณลักษณะ อื่นๆ เช่น
-การค้นหาหนังสือตามบทบาทที่เลือก เลขที่หนังสือ ชื่อเรื่องและตามวันที่ หนังสือรอสั่งการ หนังสือรอลงนาม หนังสือเวียน
-บันทึก คำสั่งการ/การปฏิบัติ สั่งการด้วยลายเซ็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Digital Signature)
-ลงนามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ร่วมกับ Certificate (PDF Sign, e-Stamp)
-สามารถให้ผู้รับเซ็นรับหนังสือ นำส่ง
-Scan QR CODE ดูหนังสืออ้างถึงและไฟล์แนบ
