I have purchase your app on iphone 6 plus and it has no sound. How to fix this

We receive a lot of messages about this issue. The problem is always a muted device or a too low volume level. You could have contacted us before leaving a negative review. By the way, the "fix" is simple: just unmute the device / increase the volume.
