I very much like it

Nice

Too complicated

We bought a pass through agency and have to activate via this app. We choose the route and everything, BUT the route we choose requires a seat reservation which leads us to ‘THE WEBSITE’ for us to create an account and the departure time that we choose for the route, seems to not sync to the website. So it makes us to choose the departure time AGAIN!

All of this doesnt make any sense! The UX/UI developer should include the seat reservation in the app also the payment, not going back and forth like this.

Please fix this urgently!

Stupid system

Asynchronous, cannot share trip multiple load for doing the same work.
Better quit as a developer.
