currently all the cloud storage support fast forward, we also have fast forward function on sd card for some cameras. we will add more cameras on this function.

Cannot open video history
สำหรับคนที่ดูย้อนหลังไม่ได้และใช้ iphone ได้รับคำแนะนำแก้ไขมาจากเพจ Ezviz Thailand
เข้าไปที่ Setting ของ Iphone เลือก ทั่วไป และเปลี่ยน ปฎิทิน จาก พุทธศักราช เป็น คริสต์ศักราช หรือ Gregorian ค่ะ ลองดูแล้วใช้ได้ค่ะ
Please update ur software asap. I’ve got 3 camera from Ezviz and three of them can’t view the video history and it’s keep loading for 3 days now. It is useless if user can’t view the video history. I understand that the company focus too much on Cloudplay since u can make the money out of it but please do not left the users behind by not letting us viewing the video history in our memory card.
Please fix!!!
