Best app for call taxi ever!

I'm from Thailand and travel to berlin for my business trip for 5 days. It was really difficult to find a taxi there and its not fun to stand in the cold weather until I found this app (my local friend recommendation). My life was changed. Its apsolutly great experience. Its easy to use and it fast and no extra charge for it. Its the best app I ever used and I love it. Thank you so much to create such a great thing to use. I give 5 stars for you. Cheers!

It used to work well now it is not working

Cheating driver! Don’t recommend.

I made a booking from Ibis Barcelona Aeropuerto VILADECANS at 6:10 this morning. I started looking for a driver since 06:05 AM but I couldn’t find the driver. So I checked from the application again and found that he was on another side of street and then walk to the driver position. Since he was around 10 min walk to the hotel, so I made a call to the driver to tell him I’m on my way at 06:17 AM, but he didn’t answer. At that time the application notified me that THE DRIVER CANCELED the trip and I need to be charged for 5 €.

This is unacceptable and not fare for passengers . The driver abandoned me and I need to find another taxi that made me delayed and almost missed the flight. Why I have to pay the fee that caused by the driver? The cheating driver supposed to paid for me, isn’t it?
