แอพสำหรับพนักงาน field service เพื่อเรียกดูข้อมูลและบันทึกข้อมูลการบริการของตนเองตามที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการมอบหมายมาให้ โดยแอพจะกรองเฉพาะงานของผู้ใช้ที่ login นั้นๆเท่านั้น และแสดงเฉพาะงานที่รอการบริการ แอพจะแสดงรายการที่รอบริการโดยเรียงการวันเวลาที่ลูกค้านัดที่เร่งด่วนก่อน ข้อมูลที่แสดงเบื้องต้น
