Thanks for using the Shop Tax Free app. We update the app as often as possible to improve the features, and the performance.

Unable to change email address

Once registered I cannot change email address.. And payment method has only credit card available.

Web chat are never available.

The app only shown the status, but when you need help, you will never get from the app.

App keeps on crashing when I need it most!

Now with the previous versions of iOs 9 and the latest ones, you app crashes as soon as it get loaded up.

Please do something about it.
