แอพฯยังมีปัญหาเปิดฝห้บริการทำไม ระบบยืนยันตัวตน กรอกวันเดือนปีเกิดถูกเป็น10รอบยังบอกผิด แล้วจู่ๆซิมก็โดนระงับการใช้งานไปเลย ทั้งที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้งานเลย แย่มากๆ ทั้งเวปไซต์ ทั้งไลฟ์แชท คุยกับบอทล้วนๆ แก้ปัญหาไรไม่ได้เลย จะทำยังไง เงินก็จ่ายไปแล้ว
