Remote Service
This App and Service is super useful. Once I was on a road trip and couldn’t open the car, call center was easy to reach and open the car remotely.

บัญชีโดนแบนโดยให้เหตุผลว่ามีความเกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคลที่โดนแบคลิส ทั้งๆที่เกี่ยวหรือไม่เกี่ยวก็ไม่ทราบได้ พนักงานพูดเหตุผลไม่เหมือนกัน แถมมีการตัดสายใส่ทั้งๆที่ยังพูดไม่จบ บทสรุปอ้างว่าต้องวางมัดจำ 5000-20000 บาท แนะนำไปหาเช่าตามร้านน่าจะได้รับบริการที่ดีกว่า แถมบางร้านราคาดีกว่า มัดจำก็ถูกกว่า
ระบบแย่มาก
- แอปไม่ stable ค้างบ่อย ใช้งานยาก
- ระบบภายในแย่ ตรวจพบ blacklist อะไรไม่รู้ ทำให้ใช้งานไม่ได้ ทั้งๆที่ไม่มีประวัติอะไร กับธนาคารยังใช้งานได้ปกติ ( ธนาคารที่ว่าเข้มงวดยังไม่มีประเด็นอะไร แอปนี้ใช้ database อะไรมาคิดว่าตัวเองเหนือกว่าธนาคาร)
-อ้างว่าต้องมีมัดจำในการจองจึงจองไม่ได้ ซึ่งเราก็กรอกบัตรเครดิตไปแล้ว คุณก็ตัดไปตามปกติที่แอปอื่นทำไม่ได้หรอ
- ต้องเซ็นเอกสารยืนยันเพิ่มเติมเป็น paper ทั้งที่ทำในระบบไปแล้วรอบหนึ่ง
สรุป แอปแย่ ระบบภายในบริษัทอย่ พยามทำตัวเองให้ดูเป็น high tech company แต่ทำไม่ได้ต้องกลับใช้แบบ paper
