HBC-MED app - Very bad, unstable and useless
HBC-MED app is very bad, unstable and useless. It’s very frustrating. Most of the time the app cannot be log-on. Support also not good at all. Sent email but never received a reply. Has to call to every time. Pls improve app and the support.

Forgot password function doesn’t work
When click forgot password and input my user id, the app close itself immediately. OTP is sent to my mobile phone, but when reopen the app, it is back to the logon screen again. Can’t input otp.
