ล็อกอินไม่ได้
เคยล็อกอินด้วย Apple ID แต่ตอนนี้ล็อกอินไม่ได้แล้วครับ ขึ้นว่า “ Please delete this app in apple id list of this moblie and try again” ซึ่งมันไม่สามารถลบออกได้ครับ
หน้า OTP เด้ง
มีปัญหาในการซื้อตั๋วบางครั้ง ที่พอหลังจากได้กดรับรหัส OTP แล้วได้เลื่อน Multitasking ไปดูรหัส OTP ใน iMessage พอย้อนกลับมา หน้า OTP เด้งออกหายไป ทำให้การซื้อไม่สำเร็จ ซึ่งปัญหานี้เกิดขึ้นไม่บ่อย แต่จะเสียอารมณ์มากตรงที่ต้องรอเวลาประมาณ 10-15 นาทีเพื่อให้ระบบได้ Clear cache เพื่อที่จะได้ Booking ในที่นั่งตรงตำแหน่งเดิมอีกครั้ง
