No security & easy to hacked
Not security, we are hacked and loss a lot of our deposited money.

The assets in the wallet are stolen due to the leakage of the mnemonic/private key or the deception of the token transfer authority. Please tap ‘Support & Feedback’ in imToken App or send email to support@token.im to contact customer service, they will help sort out the reason for the theft(or scam) and assist you in securing wallet in the future.

This app is good security but even your forgot mnemonic you will lose your money too so bad !!!!

I'm sorry for your bad experience. But imToken as a decentralized wallet does no store your mnemonics, private key and keystore.
You must keep your mnemonics! Do not let it touch the internet! Also do not click on unknown links! Otherwise there will be problems with asset security. If you have any questions, you can contact us within the software.
