I cant connect with my jaybird run in my ipad

I dont know why. With my iphone 7+, i can connect it so easily but when i used with my ipad i cant do it. So, i deleted this app amd downloaded again but it still not function. How can i fix it? I really love your device.

Thanks for the reply :). I use ipad pro2 so i think it has the bluetooth that you are mention before.

Thanks for the feedback. The Jaybird app should work on any iPad with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). If your iPad does have BLE and you still have issues, please let us know. Thanks
