ผมสั่ง oneplus 6T ไปวันที่ 1 ได้รับของวันรุ่งขึ้น (เร็วดี) พอรับสินค้าจาก พนง. ส่งของ ตอนเช้าวันที่ 2 รีบแกะเช็คสินค้าทันที่ ยังไม่ทันแกะซีลห่อเครื่องเจอรอยบิ่นที่กระจกฝาหลัง ที่เกิดจากการผลิต เจียกระจกไม่ดี
แจ้งเรื่องผ่านแอพในทันทีหลังจากส่งสินค้าไม่ถึง 10นาที ส่งทั้งเมลล์ แจ้งทั้ง คอลเซ็นเตอร์ (โทรยากมาก ทุกครั้งต้องรอ 10กว่านาที ไม่เชื่อลองโทรได้ครับ)
พนง. มารับสินค้าคืนเมื่อเช้าวานนี้.... วันนี้ทั้งวันสเตตัสไม่ขึ้นอัพเดทว่าได้รับของแล้ว นิ่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 2ธค. ที่รับเรื่องส่งของเคลม
จนท. คอลเซ็นเตอร์แจ้งว่า ขอตรวจสอบและเคลมสินค้าภายใน 7วัน!!! (เวลาขายขายเร็ว.. เวลาเคบม เคลมช้า???)
นี่คือความผิดลูกค้าใช่ไหมที่ซื้อของแล้วดวงซวยเอง จ่ายเงินแล้ว เจอของมีปัญหาต้องนั่งตามของเอง โทรแจ้งเอง ที่ซื้อเพราะรีบใช้โทรศัพท์ แต่ต้องรอเคลมนานถึง 1อาทิตย์ บ้าไปแล้ว ง้นมันจะดีกว่าการไปซื้อหน้าร้านยังงัย? เพราะหน้าร้านมีปัญหา ปฏิเสธรับเครื่อง เคลมคัวใหม่ในร้านได้ทันที!!
ครั้งนี้ครั้งเดียว ไม่มีครั้งต่อไป!

ตัวหนังสือเล็กและสีบางมาก
สงสัยว่าคนออกแบบแอ๊ปเป็นเด็กๆ ตัวหนังสือออกแบบมาเล็กและยังเป็นสีเทาบางๆ อ่านอะไรแทบไม่ได้ ถ้ารู้ว่าจะซื้ออะไรแล้วค่อยมาหา ราคาดีก็กดซื้อ มีแค่นี้ ไอ้ที่จะลองมองหาอะไรเด็ดๆแล้วซื้อไม่สามาถทำได้ อ่านยาก ดูยาก ทำให้ไม่น่าซื้อเลย
